The May 2014 Maui Real Estate Statistics show the median Maui home price to be $540,000 or a single family home. This number dipped from $583,000 a month earlier, and dropped from $549,000 in May a year earlier. Number of sales were down – 85 sold this May, compared to 109 homes sold in May 2013.
For condos, the median price is way up to $476,000 for the month of May. This is up from $403,500 in April this year, and up nearly $100,000 from May of a year earlier, when it was $380,000. The number of condo sales dropped to 116 this May compared to 139 in May of 2013.
