Sales are up on Maui, per the March 2014 Maui real estate sales statistics from the Realtors Association of Maui. Median March single family home prices were $596,000 throughout Maui. This is more than February ($560,000) and more than March 2013 ($509,500). The number of sales were up in March to 69 compared with 60 the prior month, although they were down compared to March a year earlier, when 80 homes sold.
Condo sales are also up on Maui. The median price of $420,000 in March 2014 blew away February ($345k) and also March a year earlier ($375k). Number of sales were also up, with 127 units sold this March, versus 88 in February, and 101 in March 2013.
There were 16 land transactions sold in March 2014, compared to 12 in February, but less than the 25 sold in March of 2013.
