The November 2013 Maui Real Estate Sales Statistics from the Realtors Association of Maui showed a median home price for the month of $522,400 based on 74 homes sold. For condo sales, the median was $350,000, with 96 sales, which was actually a drop in the number of sales and median price from both the month prior, and the same month a year earlier, when 100 condos sold at a median or $400,000.
