Delmore Realty is
an independent real estate brokerage in Hawaii
specializing in residential sales, with offices on Maui and Oahu. Primary focus is on representing Buyers and Sellers
in the sale and purchase of single family homes, condominiums and land for uses
such as primary and second-home residences, vacation properties, investments and
1031 Exchanges. Delmore Realty also handles commercial sales.
Owner and
Principal Broker, Thomas Delmore, first opened Delmore Realty’s Wailuku,
Maui office in 1992. Prior to entering real
estate, Tom worked for the Internal Revenue Service, which now gives him
valuable
insight regarding
the tax ramifications in real estate transactions.
Delmore Realty has
grown and today its agents include Tom’s wife, Young Delmore, GRI (bilingual in
Korean & English) as co-owner, and their daughter Kimberly Delmore, ABR, CRS,
who heads up the Honolulu office. Kim’s brother, Kevin Delmore,
is the webmaster and
is studying for his real estate license.
Delmore Realty
serves areas all over Maui, including Upcountry
to Hana, Haiku to Kahului,
Kihei to Wailea, Maalaea to Lahaina, Kaanapali, Napili and Kapalua, and Kahakuloa to Wailuku.
The Honolulu office serves the entire
